Eric has 22 years of experience in raising debt and equity capital nationwide, based in South Florida for most of his career.  Eric has arranged more than $7B of debt and equity encompassing over 57,000 residential units and 17 million square feet of commercial space. 

Eric has a particular focus on structured finance transactions involving multiple tranches of capital for development/construction, bridge and portfolios.  He is experienced with development/construction financing for both horizontal and vertical projects, involving single and multi-phase developments.  Eric has financed most property types, with a concentration on multifamily, BFR, condominiums and large tract mixed-use development.

Eric grew up in Westport, Connecticut and attended college at Babson College (’02) in Massachusetts. He currently lives in Darien, Connecticut with his wife and son.
