- Haley Keech is a Senior Associate on Roofstock’s Portfolio Transaction Team. Roofstock provides services to investors in the $5 trillion single-family rental (SFR) sector across the entire investment lifecycle. Since 2016, Roofstock has completed more than $6 billion in transaction volume.
- During her tenure on Rich Ford’s team at Roofstock, Ms. Keech has assisted in completing more than $3.5 billion in SFR & BTR portfolio sales involving more than 20,000 homes.
- Prior to Roofstock, Ms. Keech worked alongside the Managing Partner at an Austin based HNW family office and private equity fund, where her responsibilities included sourcing, analysis, negotiation, financing and management of ~$100MM worth of single family rental homes and ~$100MM of build-to-rent and lot banking deals with national builders.
- She received her BA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Malone University where she captained their NCAA Women’s Volleyball team.
