As part of the Cox Communities New Build leadership team, Kristine is responsible for the West Region New Build Multifamily team, New Build Single Family, and Cox Communities expansion initiatives outside of the Cox footprint. She has held various leadership positions with Cox for 15 years with both Cox Communications and Cox Business.

Prior to Cox, Kristine held leadership roles with two other telecom companies, published a local Arizona Women’s magazine, led national sales initiatives for a start-up digital signage organization, and worked for the Arizona Diamondbacks as the Director of Community Affairs.

Kristine currently serves on boards for Make A Wish Arizona and the Arizona Multihousing Association and graduated with her BAS in Strategic Leadership and Management at Northern Arizona University.
