Sean assists in the development of Greystar’s third-party Single-Family Rental / Build-to-Rent  management platform of over 22,000 units nationally. He began his career in real estate on the Greystar Desert Client Services team as an analyst where he focused on growing Greystar’s conventional third-party management platform in Arizona, with a portfolio of over 140 properties and 49,000 units. Sean was also part of the investor relations team as an associate for one of the country’s largest dedicated SFR / BTR developers, NexMetro Communities, where he focused on raising equity, performance reporting, and investor communications.

Sean graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance.
