Shawn Miller is the CEO of Archwest Capital, a leading national direct lender to real estate investors, builders, and brokers. He was most recently a managing director of Redwood Trust. Mr. Miller was a founder and the CEO of 5 Arch Funding Corp. (acquired by Redwood Trust), the parent of a national originator of business purpose mortgage loans and a national asset management company. Prior to this, he founded and served as the CEO of Arch Bay Capital, LLC and the CEO of 3 Arch Financial Services. He also co-founded the law firm of Miller & Clark, LLP, specializing in bankruptcy, real estate and corporate matters, and was a partner at a prominent Los Angeles-based bankruptcy firm.
