Aaron joined DLC’s Acquisitions Department in 2021 to help source, evaluate, and execute value-add/opportunistic investments in the open-air retail real estate sector, and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. Prior to DLC, Aaron was at AmCap’s Acquisitions Group, JER Partners’ Fund Investment Management Group, and C-III Capital Partners' Commercial Mortgage Special Servicing Group. He also worked on merger, acquisition, and financing transactions at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division, Morgan Stanley’s Fixed Income Division, and Compass Advisers. Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, and a Graduate Certificate in Management from Harvard University. He is an active member of ICSC and Georgetown University Real Estate Alliance, as well as a Co-Chair of the Chicago Booth Annual Real Estate Conference Advisory Board.
