Allison H. Kidd is a real estate partner in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She represents private equity funds, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, REITs, developers and operators in all areas of real estate, including acquisitions, permanent and construction financing (mortgage and mezzanine), joint ventures, dispositions and work-outs. Allison’s practice includes a variety of asset classes, including office, residential, industrial, senior housing and mixed-use. She also routinely works with developers on large-scale development projects, including structuring, negotiating and implementing public-private partnerships, development agreements and ground leases.
