Andrew Murphy serves as Chief Investment Officer of both build-for-rent developer Foremost Pacific Group as well as for-sale homebuilder Woodbridge Pacific Group. In this capacity he directs the company’s financial strategies, reporting and investor relations, and capital formation and asset management functions. Foremost Pacific currently has a portfolio of 2,000 purpose-built rental homes in its California pipeline, with an estimated stabilized value of $1Bn, while Woodbridge Pacific generates over $150 million in annual revenue. Mr. Murphy has been in the homebuilding and development industry for over 30 years, serving previously as COO, EVP, Division President, and Treasurer. He is a former Chairman of the San Diego Building Industry Association and former board member of the California Building Industry Association. He holds a BA in Economics from UCLA, and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
