J oshua Siegel is a Managing Director and Transactions Officer at Invesco Real Estate. Joshua leads the transaction team for the Central Region and is also directly responsible for
transactions in Boston and Washington D.C. He also directs investments in specialty sectors including Senior Housing, Life Science and Data Centers.
Joshua began his investment career in 1993 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2007. Prior to joining Invesco, he was Vice President of Acquisitions at NPV, a real estate investment and operating company, where he executed the acquisition and redevelopment of properties totaling more than 1.4 million square feet. Prior to NPV, Joshua was a Vice President in Citigroup’s Real Estate Investment Banking Division where he performed investment banking services for public REITs and private real estate operating companies. While at Citigroup, Joshua closed transactions involving office, retail, industrial, multifamily and lodging assets throughout the United States and Europe.
Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
