As Chief Development Officer, Robin shapes Montage International's future, defining luxury in the evolving landscape of hospitality. She leads the Acquisitions, Development, Design, & Construction efforts across the globe for both the Montage and Pendry brands of luxury hotels, resorts, and residences.  Since joining the Montage team as head of Acquisitions and Development eight years ago, the portfolio has seen meteoric growth.  Starting from four open hotels in 2016, her team has delivered 12 new properties, with an additional seven properties currently under construction, eight in design, and myriad in earlier stages of development.  Robin’s team has accomplished this unprecedented expansion while maintaining their unique positioning as a privately held private brand and operating partner. 

Robin began her hospitality career at Marriott International, both in Development Finance, and as Vice President Full-Service Development, before taking a role as Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust.  She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Economics from UNC Chapel Hill.
