Steven Song is the founder and CEO of Diald.ai, an AI-powered platform revolutionizing property underwriting and due diligence. Diald leverages historical data from real estate properties across the United States to assess a given site’s characteristics, identifying patterns and qualities shared with both successful projects and those that have defaulted. The model evaluates the weight of these similarities, prioritizing causation over mere correlation to deliver more actionable insights.

Before Diald, Steven founded SCAAA, an international architecture firm, and Axle Companies, an investment firm with a hospitality portfolio. Steven has over two decades of experience in CRE and is a YPO member.

Steven holds a B.A. in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). He serves as Chair of the Global Council at the UCLA Hammer Museum and a trustee of SCI-Arc, where he continues to champion forward-thinking ideas and community engagement.
