Steelbridge uses AI to exploit real estate information, capital and operating market inefficiencies to deliver superior risk adjusted returns on behalf of its clients.

Gavin Campbell founded Steelbridge in 2006 after serving as President and CEO of the Florida Office Property Company, a 2.6 million square foot office REIT that he assembled, managed and ultimately sold just prior to the GFC for gross returns in excess of 20%. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Acquisitions at LaSalle Investment Management where he invested over $1 billion for LaSalle’s clients in a broad range of property types and U.S. markets and consistently beat NCREIF benchmarks. Prior to joining LaSalle, Gavin worked for the federal and state governments and was the Executive Director of the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club, a not for profit economic development organization.
