Gerardo Diaz is a Vice President within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon Partners. Mr. Diaz joined Canyon in 2017 and primarily focuses on origination, underwriting, structuring and executing debt and equity investments in the Southeast U.S. region. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Diaz worked at Alloy Development, where he was responsible for financial analysis, market research, and design direction. Mr. Diaz is a graduate of Harvard University (M. Real Estate, concentration in finance and investment) and Washington University in St. Louis (B.S., Architecture).
