During the past 25 years, Harris has gained expertise and experience in virtually every domain of the commercial real estate (CRE) industry.  Harris’s focus has primarily been in CRE lending, where his experience includes Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, balance sheet, and structured lending, in virtually every property type and geographic market across the US.  Harris was also instrumental in growing the London-based CRE lending business of a publicly traded REIT.  Prior to joining CREED to head capital markets, Harris worked on the sponsor side of the CRE industry, project managing a construction site of a prominent Philadelphia-based multifamily builder/owner.  Harris  commands  the  highest  level  of  CRE  knowledge, know-how, relationships, and deep understanding of all stages along the CRE industry’s value chain.
